PureCloud for PureConnect is a cloud collaboration, communications, and customer engagement platform that takes full advantage of the distributed nature of the cloud.

If your CIC administrator enables PureCloud for PureConnect, you can experience the collaborative features of PureCloud. PureCloud for PureConnect brings users together in a single environment that allows for seamless communication between PureConnect and PureCloud users by automatically synchronizing user information.

PureCloud Collaborate enables you to access PureCloud in a browser and chat with PureCloud users or share files. You can also complete your PureCloud profile. You can search for individuals and groups in your organization.
