11-November-2011	IC 4.0 GA Copyright and trademark topics were updated in this document. The HTML Help was renamed to Designer_COM_API.chm. The printable version was renamed to Designer_COM_API.pdf.
27-November-2013	IC 4.0 Service Updates 1-4 No changes except for updates to formatting, copyrights and trademarks.
04-November-2014	CIC 2015 R1 Updated documentation to reflect changes required in the transition from version 4.0 SU# to CIC 2015 R1, such as updates to product version numbers, system requirements, installation procedures, references to Product Information site URLs, and copyright and trademark information.
08-August-2017	CIC 2017 R4 Reformatted topics to improve appearance.
31-October-2017	CIC 2018 R1 Rebranded content to apply Genesys corporate look-and-feel. Updated copyrights and trademarks.
20-June-2019	Reorganized the content only, which included combining some topics and deleting others that just had an introductory sentence such as, "In this section...".
09-January-2020	Updated to reflect support for VisualStudio 2019.
