II3IDMessage is the general container for information logged to the Interaction Designer messages collection.

Properties

Category	The category of the message.
Description	Description of information for this message.
Designer	Returns an Interaction Designer interface pointer.
Handler	Returns a handler pointer to which this message refers. NULL is returned if the handler is no longer available or if the message was not logged for a handler.
HelpFile	Name of the Windows Help file contains information about this message.
HelpFileContext	The context ID number of a Windows help file topic that corresponds to this message.
HelpFileURL	URL where information can be found for this message.
Number	Returns the message number associated with this message. If an error occurs, the error number is returned.
Persist	Indicates whether or not this message should be persisted with the handler. This only applies to messages that have handler/step context.
Severity	A number that represents the severity of this message.
Source	Source of this message.
Step	Returns a step pointer to which this message refers. NULL is returned if the step is no longer available or if the message was not logged for a step.
Topic	The topic associated with this message.
Type	The type of the message.
UserName	Returns the user associated with the message.
